Course Announcement: Temporary Works Awareness Training

Temporary Works Safety

Ensure Awareness of Temporary Works Safety and Compliance

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our IIRSM-approved Temporary Works Awareness Training course, designed to deliver the essential knowledge needed to work safely with temporary works.

Users will gain a broad understanding of temporary works designs, regulations and risk controls, supporting on-site safety and compliance. Aligned with British Standard 5975:2019, the course ensures users understand their duties in temporary works safety, from design through dismantling.

Why Is This Course Important?

By law, employers must take reasonable steps to protect everyone who might be affected by work activities, including the construction, use and dismantling of temporary works. As part of this duty, temporary works must be used strictly as intended, following the original design and installation specifications.
