Refund Policy

Refunds will be given within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the original purchase, provided that user has not “accessed” the Human Focus hosted “system”. The term “system” includes online assessments, e-learning accounts, including training programmes and supplier and employee data records. The term “Access” includes PC’s, laptops, mobile devices and any other device used to access the system .

Beyond THIRTY (30) Days, no refunds will be given whether or not the system has been accessed.

Once the system has been accessed the user will have SEVEN (7) days to review the training and preview the course. Any refund requests after the SEVEN (7) days time limit will not be processed.

If at any time an e-Learning course is completed (i.e. the end test is taken and submitted) – no refund will be provided.
