RAAC – What You Need to Know

Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) was used in the construction of thousands of public and private buildings from the 1950s to the 1990s. RAAC has an estimated lifespan of 30 years. Experts now warn that buildings with degraded or poorly maintained RAAC roofs, floors or walls could be at risk of collapse.

If you own or manage a building that’s over 30 years old, there’s a good chance it contains RAAC. Read our white paper to learn how to manage the risks associated with RAAC.
