Why Is Harness and Lanyard Awareness Training Important?

Falls from height are the most common type of fatal accident at work in the UK. According to the Health and Safety Executive, falls from height account for nearly 40% of workplace fatalities and around 8% of non-fatal injuries.

To prevent these accidents, workers must use harnesses and lanyards to minimise the risk of falling while at height.
