Description
This online training course aims to provide managers with the knowledge they need to handle discipline and grievance issues gracefully. This means in a way that is compliant, benefits the organisation that they work for and seeks to find the resolution that is best for the employee(s) involved.
This course takes a look at the technical steps of discipline and grievance proceedings, and also walks learners through what these conversations should look like, when done well.
Managers have to be able to handle discipline and grievance issues in a way that is fair and within legal guidelines. If done so in the right manner, these types of issues can often be resolved quickly and with minimal stress to those involved. But, if done poorly, they can lead to ongoing problems that expose the organisation to the risk of claims.
