- If Multi-Factor Authentication is not enabled, passwords must now be at least 12 characters long.

We’ve updated the course video player to improve usability and accessibility by moving key options such as Captions, Playback Speed, and Picture-in-Picture into a dedicated Settings menu. This release also introduces new features including Audio Language selection and Grayscale mode experience to support a more flexible learning experience.
Certificates can now be updated in bulk using this option. Bulk verification allows users to verify, update, or discard multiple records at once instead of processing them individually.
The blue suggested text is now clickable. Users can click it to open the relevant pop-up with the suggested value pre-filled, allowing them to quickly add the record.
We’ve improved the Upload External Training feature to make it clearer and easier to use.
The Training Records Management module allows managers and sub-managers to assign / upload and manage in-house or external training records linked to user profiles.
Records can be added individually or in bulk using an Excel file, with all entries available on one page for easy management.


Previously, the “Create Action” button appeared for all questions when “Action Required” was enabled. It can now be controlled per question, allowing users to enable or disable it for each individual question.

Resolvers and Managers can now add comments when updating the risk level, providing more context and clarity in the reports.

A profile photo cropper has been added, ensuring all uploaded images have consistent size and dimensions to prevent formatting issues on trainee cards and user profiles.

Users can now assign courses in bulk to one or multiple User Groups using an Excel file, making the process faster and easier.

Previously, courses within User Groups could only be scheduled using Sequence and Delays. With this update, courses can now also be scheduled using a Fixed Date, allowing the course to become available to users on the specific date set.
