Ian Pemberton is a chartered ergonomist (human factors) with over 30 years of professional practice in the field of health and safety training and skilled behaviour development. In addition to working with clients around the world, he has also undertaken large-scale academic research studies for the UK government and Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

He is the author of the seminal book – Achieving Health and Safety Training Success.   He is a widely acclaimed public speaker with a finely tuned ability to deliver TED talk style presentations.
